  • Use a structured framework called I.D.E.A.L. (Identify, Diagnose, Enhance, Apply, Learn) that creates an iterative improvement cycle, where the final "Learn" stage leads back to "Identify" for continuous growth and refinement.

  • This model offers simplicity, adaptability, and clarity, making it easy to continuously improve HR processes or any other workflow.

  • The approach ensures comprehensive understanding and fosters engagement in the project.

  • Use of the AIHR (Academy to Innovate HR) Employee Life Cycle (ELC) framework as a basis in discussions with HR professionals/person responsible for HR matters to understand how the various processes in the ELC look like in your organisation.

  • When key HR processes are identified and diagnosed, and based on your IT infrastructure and platforms including existing IT applications and your future vision for market expansion, we will propose alternatives for enhancement – whether it’s through HR Information System implementation or non-IT changes to the processes.
